Tulsa Tackle & Outdoors maintains a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is received in a used condition and/or without original packaging your refund will not be processed and you will be responsible for any shipment charges back to you. Return Labels are not pre-paid for by Tulsa Tackle & Outdoors unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or order packing error. Returns due to unwanted items are up to the discretion of Tulsa Tackle & Outdoors.

For returns with detached tags, damaged or missing packaging the return must be requested first to info@tulsatackleoutdoors.com and approval is strictly at the discretion of Tulsa Tackle & Outdoors. If the return is approved there will be a 20% restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. A label Pre-Paid by Tulsa Tackle & Outdoors will be issued to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items

Gift Cards and Sale or Clearance items are ineligible for return or exchanges.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
